What Return's Look Like!

Return Policy:

At Forehand Paddles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@forehandpaddles.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). Please include the RMA number with your returned item.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to obtain a RMA and specify the new item you would like in exchange. We will then process the exchange once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are returning an item due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Processing Time:

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. Refunds may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear on your credit card or PayPal account.
