How To Measure
Note that these are just general guidelines, and the right paddle size for you may also depend on your personal preference and playing style. It is always a good idea to try out different paddle sizes and grips to find the one that feels most comfortable and suits your needs.
Determine Your Grip Size
Measure Your Hand:
- To estimate if our paddle grip will fit your hand, measure the circumference of your hand around the widest part of your palm, excluding your thumb. Use a tape measure to take this measurement in inches.
Compare Hand Size To Grip Size:
- Our one-size pickleball paddle grip has a circumference of about 4.45 inches. Compare your hand circumference measurement to this size to estimate whether the grip will be a good fit.
- If your hand circumference is close to 4.45 inches, the grip may be a good fit. However, individual preferences can vary, so it's always a good idea to test the paddle out before purchasing.
Adjusting The Grip:
- If the grip feels too loose or too tight, you can adjust it to create a better fit.
- If the grip feels too loose, you can try adding an overgrip or wrapping the handle with grip tape to create a tighter fit.
- If the grip feels too tight, you can try removing the overgrip or grip tape to create a looser fit.
